From One Food Addict To Another:
I’m not a chef. I am simply a woman in recovery. A former compulsive overeater, binge eater, all day grazer, sugar addict, and flour addict who, for years, turned to food as a source of comfort.
I now live in the solution and Abstinent Kitchen is one of my sacred tools.

- The kitchen is where I remember who I am.
- It’s a space I connect with my Higher Power.
- It’s where I nourish my recovery – one meal, one plate, one bite at at time.
